If your mind feels busy, overwhelmed, distracted, or stuck in overthinking, this Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) meditation is for you.
This is the no music version.
In this guided Yoga Nidra-inspired practice, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep physical relaxation while remaining awake and aware. As your body relaxes and your nervous system begins to settle, you’ll be invited to move beyond mental noise and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence, awareness, and inner peace.
This meditation combines:
Many people report feeling calmer, clearer, more focused, and deeply restored after practising NSDR. With regular practice, you may find it easier to manage stress, reduce mental fatigue, improve emotional resilience, and reconnect with the wisdom that exists beneath the noise of the mind.
This meditation is ideal if you are:
Remember:
The goal is not to stop thinking.
The goal is to stop allowing thinking to dominate your life.
The quieter the mind becomes, the more possibilities and potential emerge.
Enjoy the practice.

Most of us go through life believing the thoughts in our head are simply true. The doubts, the fears, the stories about who we are and what we're capable of — we treat them as fact. But what if they were just a programme, running in the background, projecting a version of reality that was never really you?
In this short but powerful guided meditation, therapist and mindset coach Paul Sheppard walks you through a four-step practice to help you step back from the noise of your mind, loosen the grip of limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the calm, clear part of you that has always been there beneath the surface.
This is a practice you can return to again and again — whenever life feels heavy, your mind feels loud, or you simply need to come back to yourself.

Fear has a way of quietly stealing our lives.
Not through dramatic moments, but through hesitation, procrastination, self-doubt, and worrying about what other people might think.
The fear of rejection. The fear of embarrassment. The fear of getting it wrong.
Over time, these fears can stop us from pursuing our dreams, speaking our truth, starting that business, changing careers, building relationships, or becoming who we truly want to be.
In this episode, I share a powerful four-step process that helped me break through my own fears and finally create content I had been avoiding for months.
You’ll discover:
• Why fear is often an illusion created by old mental programming
If you’ve ever felt held back by fear, self-doubt, or the need for other people’s approval, this episode could change the way you see yourself forever.
It’s time to break free from fear and start living your life.

This is my go-to meditation for peace, stillness and space. The kind of stillness that quietens the mind enough to hear something deeper, your own inner wisdom, speaking from a place beneath the noise of everyday thinking.
In this 30 minute session you will move gently through a breath practice, into open awareness, and finally into a receptive space where you can simply listen. You may come with an intention, something you wish to release, a question you are sitting with, a desire to feel at peace or to let your body heal. Or you may simply come to rest. Both are welcome.
There will be long periods of silence. Your mind will wander. That is completely natural and nothing to worry about. Each time it does, just return to the breath and continue.
What often surprises people is that the guidance or clarity they were looking for doesn't always arrive during the meditation itself, it comes later that day, quietly, when the mind is still settled. Trust what comes.
If you have an intention, take a few moments to hold it in mind before you press play. Then let it go and allow the practice to do what it does.
Come as you are. Sit comfortably. Something always shifts.
