        • On this episode, Max will speak about nutrition and dementia. With so many conflicting views on which nutrition route to take towards staving off Alzheimer's disease, there is too much confusion so Max provides a great overview of what route to take according to clinical data.

Alzheimer's disease, one of the most dreaded conditions of old age, is unfortunately made even more of a burden by a gene called ApoE4. With two copies of this gene, you can double your risk of developing this devastating condition, proving that life isn't always fair. Even if you don't have the gene, aging still increases your chances, making it seem like no matter what you do, Alzheimer's will still creep up on you. But don't lose hope - animal studies have found that heat shock proteins can at least offer some protection against it. So, while Alzheimer's may be looming in your future, there may still be some hope.
