In this episode, I interview KITTENS, an extraordinary DJ, producer, and advocate in the human rights space.

We embark on a deep and insightful conversation that explores everything from women's value in society, mental health, and the diagnosis and management of ADHD, to the impacts of technology on dopamine, relationships, and even the intriguing subject of brown noise. KITTENS opens up about her personal journey, shares her unique perspective on following feelings instead of rigid plans, and provides empowering advice to those struggling with their cultural background and identity. Join us as we dive into these captivating topics and so much more

As a lesbian woman of color, KITTENS is unapologetic about her intersectional identity. In this episode, Kittens and I discuss everything from gender in womens sport, coming out as an Iranian woman and the interplay of equal rights.
