Ed explains that he wrote his book, 'Untangling Critical Race Theory,' to provide a more accurate understanding of CRT and its potential benefits for Christians. Project 2025 is a conservative plan to reshape the federal government under the next presidential administration. It was created by the conservative think tank, The Heritage Foundation, and has deep connections to the Trump administration. The playbook is 900 pages long and covers a wide range of topics, including abortion, LGBTQ+ rights, gender equality, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The plan aims to dismantle the administrative state, ban abortion nationwide, restrict access to birth control, promote heterosexual marriage, and erase LGBTQ+ people from public life. The creators of Project 2025 are Kevin Roberts, the president of The Heritage Foundation, and Russ Vaught, the former head of the Office of Management and Budget in the Trump White House.

It seeks to eliminate protections for career government employees and roll back regulations in areas such as education, the environment, and immigration.
Project 2025 also aims to ban pornography and restrict the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals.
