Aubrey is a Subconscious Release Technique coach and a reiki master. She works with creative entrepreneurs helping them with their negative thought patterns. As a 6/2 emotional manifesting generator Aubrey is able to be very intuitive in her work!

SRT is a fast and efficient way of pulling out the negative thought patterns in our heads that we don't know are actually there! Aubrey shares with us the process she takes with her clients and how she uses muscle testing to read them.

When her daughter was about one year old, Aubrey wanted to document the special moments with her family. So she decided to lean into her creative side and dive into photography. What started as a hobby has transformed into a business!

Kristi is a Human Design and self care expert. She is the lead author of the best-selling Amazon book Stop Overworking & Start Overflowing. Through her virtual community she works with spiritually-minded women to create better wellness and manifest more success, wealth and freedom. Kristi became a full-time Soul Professional in 2020 after more than 25 years as a marketing and communications executive!

As a 4/6 sacral generator, Kristi has an undefined throat center, the center of communication and manifestation. Kristi shares with us how she navigates:

We are celebrating today... this is my 100TH EPISODE!! I want to thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for joining me every week on this show. 

Let's celebrate with something fun! My husband and I are going to do a relationship chart reading together...and this is the first time he's seen our charts in the relationship format!

That's right, Tim is joining us today! He is a 2/5 sacral generator whose energy ebbs and flows, while I'm a 4/6 emotional manifesting generator with a more dominant energy. We are going to discuss our composite chart and look at how our individual auras interact with each other.

I don't typically get caught up in the celebrity world, but when I recently went to a Machine Gun Kelly concert with a friend, something LIT ME UP!
 
My friend is a big fan and told me a lot about him. I started reading into him and watched his documentary...it got me hooked and I just HAD to read his chart!

MGK (Colson) has a lot of individualism in his chart. He is a 1/3 Projector with splenic authority and an open head, ajna, heart, solar plexus, and sacral. 

I'm exploring his chart and sharing on:

• Why the pandemic lockdown likely caused him to try a different genre of music
• Why he is a highly influential individual (received positively and negatively)
• Where a lot of his struggles may stem from
• What may have led him to where he is today in his sobriety

This was so much fun for me!

Have you ever wondered what the difference was between a defined and undefined spleen?  We are diving deep into this topic today with Lisa Anderson Shaffer, mentor and coach to creative professionals through Human Design and energy work.

Lisa started her career as an artist.  About a year ago she closed up her jewelry business after getting into Human Design and energy work.  Lisa did not expect that understanding energy though Human Design would be very informative in the creative process within art!

My chart shows a defined spleen while Lisa's shows an open spleen.  With an open spleen, Lisa shares with us:

• Her body has an awareness and can see things before they get worse
• She feels intuition in spirit and not in body
• Fear... she feels primitive fear and uncertainty

In energy work we blame ourselves. There is energy that happens to us that is external and most times that's what impacts our health.  Through tragedy, Lisa connected with her energy within.

What is feminine energy? Charlett Albert is an expert and loves helping other women thrive by discovering their own feminine energy!

Charlett is originally from Germany but never felt at home there.   After traveling the world she met her husband in Florida and finally felt at home in the sunshine state.

When Charlett needed some direction she hired a coach specializing in feminine energy. That rippled out into her business and relationships. Now she works with women from all over the world!

As women we are always taught to be in our masculine energy and to focus on working hard. This is not in alignment with who we are as women. When you are in your feminine energy you're out of your head and focusing on your body!

When you get familiar with your feminine energy is very POWERFUL and Charlett urges women to familiarize themselves with it. By tapping into the nurturing part of our energy, things come more easily and our relationships improve!

Something I NEVER thought I would have to say... I have been diagnosed with functional burnout!

I found myself struggling to wake up in the morning and had a feeling of emotional exhaustion.  I was no longer feeling excited and I felt disconnected from my feelings of who I wanted to be.

Through self reflection and research I found Dr. Christina Maslach, the pioneer of the Maslach Burnout Inventory.  It's the most used tool for measuring job burnout!

Our sacral center, is our largest motor center.  It works like a battery, you have to put into the reserves in order to get something back.  As women, we know that our sacral replenishment does not replenish in a 24 hour period.

As a Generator, my motors powered me through it (burnout).  They're not in tune with the reasoning of what is happening.  Often we can experience hormonal imbalances during burnout.  I discovered that I have extremely high estrogen even though I did not have any of the physical symptoms.

Looking back I had too much mental output and I need to reboot!  Some of what I did was:

• Go back to my human design chart  to recognize again my life purpose
• Worked on a trust hypnosis
• Asked the universe how I can get back on track
• Lived in the moment and was present

The universe told me to trust in timing and to not speed through life!
