Nutrition can be one of the most useful therapeutics for helping to manage IBD.
Yet most people with IBD receive very little guidance regarding nutritional changes and many are left to do their own research to help determine what dietary changes may provide them with the most benefit.
In this episode, I am going to review the science for the use of various popular nutrition approaches to IBD including the Gluten & Dairy Free Diets, Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Low FODMAP Diet, Autoimmune Paleo Diet, and the IBD Anti-Inflammatory Diet.
We will discuss which of these diets holds promise and which are probably not very useful and cover some overarching lessons that I learned from my hours and hours of research on this topic.
If you are someone struggling with IBD, you don't want to miss this episode.
