There are only so many 4 pm, 5 pm, and 6 pm hours.
And since most of your clients want the prime time hours in the morning and the evening- you need to hire more trainers to meet this demand continuously.
The problem is that there aren’t enough clients in the off-peak hours to fill up their schedules… and you’re left under-employing your staff- not a good situation for anyone!).
And- the people that want to pay for PT also value their TIME!
Your client may want to work out at 5 pm on their way home instead of returning to the gym and training at 7:30 pm because that’s the only time you have open.
How long will they continue to do that when it interferes with their precious family or relaxation time?
Overlapping PT is a win-win-win.
