The Sarah Prout Podcast

A message from The Universe when you need to remember to quit hiding your magic. After all, the world is ready for you!

Every person that is alive on this planet today, and everyone that has passed before us, has had to make decisions in their lives. Sometimes they are inconsequential like whether to have peanut butter on your toast instead of avocado. Sometimes the decisions are kind of big deal, like knowing when to leave a marriage, deciding to have children, adopting a puppy or quitting your job. Today I discuss how to make an empowered decision.

Just like in the movie ‘YES MAN’ with Jim Carrey you need to learn how to accept opportunities and put yourself out there. YES is a powerful affirmation to the Universe that you are ready for serious manifesting action. With the caveat that the invitation you are accepting is totally safe and empowering … then GO FOR IT! Yes, is freeing. It will get you out of your comfort zone and allow for new things to be drawn into your reality. Yes, yes, yes.

There are so many opportunities in life to connect to the heart of what it is you REALLY want. But how often to you take the time to ask yourself how you can transform your life for the better? Here are 5 Questions To Ask Yourself If You Really Want to Transform Your Life.

Many times you might use the theme of ‘not being ready’ as an excuse to say comfortable in your life. You might be sitting on the sidelines of your own reality, watching the world go by. You might be holding dreams in your heart that one day you might like to try or to manifest. And yet years fly by so quickly and you layer the excuses that you’re not ready, or perhaps it’s a timing issue that prevents you from living the life of your dreams.

"Dear Universe, Hurry up!" Sound familiar? More than likely you have felt frustrated that your intentions are still yet to manifest into your current reality. I get it. It can be infuriating to see everyone else around you manifesting like crazy, and you’re left to choose the feeling of being left out - perhaps even forgotten. Today I talk about Divine timing and trusting the The Universe has your back.

Quite often in life we get so caught up in perfection and seeking perfection, that it sabotages us from moving forward. This is one of the many reasons why New Year’s Resolutions simply don’t work.

Years can pass so quickly and you’re left with the same old feeling of not feeling good enough, worthy enough or “perfect enough”. It’s as if you are a crazy cat trapped in a cycle of chasing your own tail. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

Bad and unfortunate events happen in life. It’s unavoidable because we’re human, and we’re here to learn. One of the biggest lies perpetuated in the personal development and self-help industry is that we must be happy all the time and reject the negative. This perspective is not only counter-intuitive, but extreme destructive. Today I'll help you to gain some powerful perspective on the beautiful timing of The Universe.

More than likely you’ve set a powerful intention to manifest something really specific into your life like winning the lottery, buying your dream home or finally meeting your soul mate. This is totally normal by the way - all good things to dream big about. To I'll discuss what to do when your intentions just won't manifest.

For those of you that love The Law of Attraction and might have watched “The Secret”, you must have heard the phrase: “Thoughts become things”. Well, they don’t. That’s only a tiny piece of the big picture - especially when it comes to the manifestation of abundance.
