What is an easy to follow basic skin care routine for mature and dry skin that are clean?

What can I do to achieve better sleep that's free or easy to do now?
For sleep, start with reducing your LED light exposure, get AM and PM sunlight in your eyes, a cold shower in the AM and a hot bath in the PM, sleep between 62-67 degrees, sleep with earplugs and a blackout eye mask. Don't forget to turn off your internet router at night to reduce your EMF's. When I reduced EMF exposure at night this made a massive impact on my sleep and HRV!!! Those are all great free ways to support sleep as well as taking my MagnaFlow magnesium product 1-2 hours before sleep for beauty sleep!
