I am absolutely over the moon today to be sharing this episode with you today, where I get to introduce you to two INCREDIBLE humans who are, like myself, dedicated to normalizing the conversation around herpes stigma and shame.
Shana Singleton and Amber Spratt Jones are the founders of Herpes Could Never - an amazing organization with a mission to be at WAR with the stigma until the herpes community feels comfortable being OPEN about their status and PROUD of their sexuality.
Fam, the work that these two women are doing in the world just blows me away. They share with me their unique perspectives on internalized stigma, common themes and patterns they see in their community and of course their own completely TRANSFORMATIVE stories of overcoming the stigma around their herpes diagnosis.
There are SO many takeaways and WOW-moments in this episode, you do not want to miss it!
In this episode we share:
🦋 LIFE-CHANGING perspectives on stigma, shame and the herpes virus
🦋 How internalized stigma is the one thing holding you back from living a fully embodied life!
🦋 Deep and vulnerable stories of how Shana, Amber and their community broke FREE from their own internalized stigma and shame
…and so much more
