My first sober vacation was a pivotal moment in my sobriety journey. It was the first time that I really felt that I was making a different choice for myself. Was it challenging? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! Nothing feels better than waking up on a beautiful vacation morning with no hangover because you didn’t drink the night before.
