Our Podclass, The Friendly Unknown, concludes today with the fifth module!

The unknown scares the mind, but it does not mean it is inherently scary! We've learned techniques to reframe our experience with uncertainty, let our intuition take the lead, and let things unfold organically. 

This week, Bella explains how to identify when the mind wants to interject and grip onto the duality pendulum. Although it feels familiar, attachment to one outcome is limiting. When you can recognize those patterns in the mind, you can release the attachment, and open yourself up to the greatest and highest possibilities aligned for you.

Finally, Bella introduces Magic Days! By experimenting with Magic Days, we can start to practice living more intuitively in the present and less fearful of the unknown. When we stop fighting the unknown, it can be a beautiful friend!
