Jen has built and exited a multimillion dollar coffee shop and brand, has opened several Florida shops, and is now consulting for a nation wide corporation, building 15 + locations from the ground up.  Jen’s true passion and calling in life is her private coaching practice and private retreats where she educates and guides women and men on an annual basis to reach beyond their highest potential.

Stacey was drawn to the practices & teachings of Yoga at a young age, and has since dedicated her life to deepening her connection to her Self, and preserving and sharing the sacred teachings of Yoga with others. With a passion for learning, Stacey has been certified through several Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world, and has followed her heart to many wisdom and renowned teachers, sacred sites in India, Asia, Central America, and has participated in numerous silent meditation retreats and continued education courses.

Stacey has been called to devote her life in assisting others on their journey to awaken their Soul, and unite with their Heart ~ to LOVE. 11 years of humbly teaching a vast variety of students, workshops, retreats, Yoga Teacher Trainings, 1:1 mentorship programming, as well as creating several Yoga programs, she has witnessed deep transformations in her students ~ as well as in her Self.

Sharing Yoga is an opportunity for Stacey to serve and support people ~ guiding her students to cultivate awareness and embrace the connection between their mind, body, and soul ~ to experience the Bliss, Love, & Light that emanates from their own Being, and to discover that same connection with all Beings. In addition, Stacey is also a Holistic Health & Essential Oil Specialist and Educator. After experiencing a youth of health conditions, hospital visits, and several side effects of modern medicine, Stacey found herself yearning for answers and different approaches. Stacey was introduced to Ayurveda, holistic modalities, plant medicine, and doTERRA Essential Oils over a decade ago, which she testifies as her saving Grace on her journey to her healthiest and most fulfilled Self. She is now completely free from her health conditions, some which doctors told her she would have for the rest of her life, and has invested herself in numerous holistic health, essential oil education and trainings so that she may offer guidance to those seeking a holistic and healthier path to health, wellness, balance, and vitality. Sharing tools, practices, modalities, and education on holistic healing and essential oils is a way for Stacey to continue to serve others as they experience the profound transformations and shifts in their life.

Stacey facilitates using yoga asana, meditation, pranayama / breath work, mantra, sound healing, sacred ritual, chakra & subtle energies, emotional release techniques, Ayurveda, essential oils, feminine/masculine work, and spiritual teachings as tools to purify, surrender, let go, heal, receive, and arrive into the fullness of their own present Being.

Her intention is to serve others to holistic embodiment, with Love, harmonized in mind and body; and a sense of healing, renewal, presence, clarity, empowerment, and peace in all things.
