You're always prepared for game day, but no one ever prepares you for the real-world once you have to hang up the cleats. There comes a time in every athlete's life where you will no longer be playing your sport, and have to embark on the next chapter, whatever that may be. Today, I share a little bit about my personal transition from a Division-1 gymnast at UMD to life in the real-world, and give you all some tips and tools to help navigate this on your own.
