Trish Murphy is 60! Look at her covering Crazy on You by Heart in the band Skyrocket. Trish has had her own illustrious musical career, even doing some stints on the Lilith Fair tour. As a touring musician she has learned a few things about staying healthy on the road and staying true to herself. She shares many lessons for aging like a badass mother including the benefits to having both older and younger friends and staying connected to the fire in one's belly.
