Chris Bell is an American director, producer and writer, known for his documentaries Bigger, Stronger, Faster, Trophy Kids, Prescription Thugs, and his latest film Leaf of Faith, which explores Kratom, a botanical supplement that has been proposed as an alternative to today's opioid painkillers. Chris himself battled alcoholism and addiction for many years, but has been sober since 2014.

Chris lost his older brother Mike to a prescription pill addiction which helped motivate him to become an advocate for alternative ways to treat chronic pain, as well as kick opiates and other prescription pills. Chris has his own podcast, Better Stronger Faster, and has been featured on many top podcasts including Joe Rogan, Swole Patrol with Dr. Drew and Mike Catherwood, Lance Armstrong's The Forward, The Fighter & The Kid, Bulletproof Radio, and many more.
