Noel Min is a retired Marine Corps Veteran that served from 1998 to 2019, both in Iraq and Afghanistan. He started training Crossfit in 2009 and became a coach in 2010. Noel has coached all over the country and currently coaches at Vacaville Crossfit North in California.
