Back in episode 28 with Kenny Chapman from The Blue Collar Coach, Kenny Chapman said that he would like to see Ellen on the show and we conveniently managed to tee it up so that it also tied into mothers day.

Ellen has an inspiring story in the trades, which started when she started working with her husband Rod (or Hot Rod as she prefers to call him) in his plumbing company.

Ellen received great grades in business related studies during college, however she was thrown in the deep end with the real world experience of running a small business.
