Occupational health and safety is an area of business, that no one can afford to neglect. With increasing onsite compliance, it's never been more important to not only protect yourself from potential occupational risks, but also protect your employees.
Although it's a topic that most of us don't like to address, realistically it's relevant to all of us.
In this series on joined by Shane from Keep It Simple Safety. Shane is an expert in occupational health and safety and he also is an expert at simplifying, what can be a complicated business necessity.
Episode 2. Capturing and Recording OH&S DocumentationIf there is one this that remains consistent in every site office I've ever been in, anywhere in the world, it's this. There is always at least one bookshelf that's completely full of ring binder folders, the majority of which are made up of OH&S documentation.
As technology advances, it brings with it a whole new world of opportunity in the way of cloud related solutions that at the end of the day, make these old filing systems completely redundant. It's literally now possible to access all of your records from your phone, from where ever you are in the world.
In this episode of ToolBox Talks, Shayne and I discuss the modern ways to capture OH&S documentation.
