Obviously, this episode is about identifying and creating positions in your organisation, however the entire series is about finding staff and more importantly, keeping them.

Episode 1. Identifying and creating positions within your organisation

As businesses start to grow, it becomes more and more necessary to develop a team, however creating new positions in a business is not something that should be taken lightly.

In this podcast, Greg talks to us about how we go about firstly figuring out what positions we need to create, then how to create those positions for staff to fill.

By doing that, we're able to form a foundation that enables us to remove ourselves from that section of the business, so that we can focus o other areas.
