40. Steph Stern - Unleashing Healing and Transformation with Internal Family Systems (IFS)

In this podcast interview, I speak with Steph Stern.

Steph is a leadership coach, emotional intelligence teacher and facilitator, and certified Internal Family Systems (or IFS) practitioner.

Steph was previously director of client services at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, where she lead a team bringing mindfulness and emotional intelligence to client organizations around the world, including Google, Disney, Salesforce.

As a coach and IFS practitioner, Steph focuses on helping her clients get unstuck from unhealthy habits and behaviors, befriend their inner critic, and gain confidence and comfort in their own skin.

About Jeremy:

JEREMY IS A MEDITATION TEACHER, LIFE COACH, AND DIGITAL HABITS EXPERT WHO WORKS WITH ENTREPRENEURS, EXECUTIVES, AND LEADERS.
