When you know where to look, you’ll see all kinds of patterns in your life. This can be as simple as how you wake up in the morning and then a bit more complicated when it comes to how you react when the kids test your patience.  There are patterns everywhere. Some help you get the results you want in life and business, others keep you from it. But, for me, noticing and learning from these moments is incredibly important.

 

Recently, something happened to me that helped me break through a pattern I just couldn’t find my way out of. What helped? Memories. In this episode, I’m going to discuss how you can use memories to learn vital lessons in life in business. Tune in and learn how to access and learn from your memories, why it affects your life and business, ways to deal with the past while living in the present, and what’s recently happened in my own life and how I’m using it to grow.

 

When it comes down to it, memories are a part of your present moment… and, yes, I do get a little “woo woo” in this episode. Fair warning! But what’s recently happened has helped me experience a great deal of healing, growth, ah-has, and clarity, and I just have to share it with you.
