The health practitioner in me had to share this information with those of you concerned about the Corona virus and how to ensure you stay healthy during this time.
This isn't a time to panic and merely be informed. A time to stay in love and not go into fear and remind yourself that you are more powerful than any lower frequency and virus.
Also a reminder that we live in a human body and should do our due diligence to keep ourselves healthy and strong.
Within this episode I share my tips and tools of how I keep my immune system HIGH and protected. Some unconventional things I do regularly to keep germs away and also how to stay calm and not go into fear.
**Note: A few tips I forgot to mention in this episode**
-Burn white sage daily all throughout your house to kill all viruses lingering in the air.
-Get lots of sunlight, go outside, ground and stay in your joy.
-Do not touch your eyes, nose, ears or mouth EVER if they aren’t clean, not just during this time.
-Have at least 2 weeks worth of food in your home so you don’t have to make multiple trips to the grocery store and also just to have. Organic Frozen meats, fruits and vegetables are a great option as well as crackers, protein powders and bars.
-Stay in gratitude daily and use this time to connect back to yourself.
