    • Self-care isn't for emergency situations; it's an everyday thing
    • Get comfortable with being uncomfortable
    • Recognizing that you are getting more in tune and connecting more with your feelings
    • Your menstrual cycle is its form of detox, and how that can affect your hunger levels
    • We are taught to believe that diets should be a quick fix
