If you’ve ever been romantically involved with someone, and you struggle with your eating and your weight, this coaching session is for you.
What effect does your weight have on your relationship? And what effect does your relationship have on your eating and your weight?
The two seem so related, don’t they? You may eat when you fight with your partner, or when you feel angry with them, as if to say: this will show you!
And yet at the end of the day, when you eat too much food, the only one who suffers is you.
It’s time to learn to take care of yourself no matter how your intimate relationships are going.
Take responsibility for eating well no matter what. Learn to take charge of your own happiness, and you’ll find that no matter what your partner does, it shouldn’t and won’t affect your weight.
Does this sound like something you might need to hear? Relationships are SO important. But it all starts with your relationship with yourself.
Join me as we explore the connection between your relationship and your weight.

Have you ever made a plan to eat differently, and then failed? Failure in my eyes may be different from how you see failure in yourself.
To me, making a mistake is not a failure. But making a mistake and falling down and not getting back up is the true definition of failure.
What I’d like to coach you about today is learning how to create a pause instead of a stop.
A pause where you evaluate what’s going on and what you might need to adjust to move on.
And moving on is definitely part of the picture.
I think one of the most common mistakes my clients make is falling down and staying down.
Do you do this? It sure takes a big toll on you and how you see yourself. And it doesn’t have to be this way.

We all overeat sometimes, especially on our way toward learning how to eat naturally.
The important thing to look at when you DO overeat is what you do immediately after.
Do you punish yourself? Do you restrict your eating to ‘make up’ for what you just overate?
You may very well be sabotaging yourself without realizing it!
Restricting your eating following an overeating episode messes with your survival instincts.
It reinforces a habit that is exactly what you want to stop doing!

Do you keep making the same eating mistakes? Over and over again?
You know how bad it feels. You see what you’re doing. You see it happening. It’s almost like watching a movie, starring you.
And you feel helpless to step in and make a change.
Here’s how to do it. Here is the process you’ll take once you understand how change unfolds.
From unaware.
To aware but without responsibility.
From taking responsibility yet still doing what you don’t want to be doing.
And then to, voila, change!
When you see things differently, you will act differently.

Do you own a full-length mirror? If you do, do you actually use it?
If you have extra weight you wish you didn’t have, I’ll bet you avoid seeing the reality of how your body looks right now.
When your vision of yourself is a bit fuzzy, you know that you’re not where you want to be, but you may avoid seeing exactly how off track you’ve gotten.
Then one day, you may be shopping for clothes, and may be unable to avoid a mirror. Full-length.
And that is when your reality meets your vision in your head and everything busts loose. Figuratively speaking, of course.
I want you to be able to see yourself no matter what you weigh.
Seeing and even accepting your body today is the key to a different body in the future. I promise.
Let me coach you and show you how to deal with how you look. All of you.

Are you having a bad day? The reason I ask is that with my clients, so many overeating episodes begin with a ‘bad day’.
So, what makes a bad day? Does it have anything to do with you? And do you have any control over how it goes down?
Yes. Yes. And yes.
You have a lot to do with how your day goes. And how you feel at the end of a day.
It is so connected to how you think about your day. If you’ve been listening to me for a while, I’ll bet this isn’t a surprise.
Our day is what we make it. So, pull up your cozy chair and listen as I coach you on how to have fewer bad days. And what to do when you truly have a bad one.

Are you a woman who moves her body? If you are, you probably will enjoy hearing all the good things you get from moving.
If you aren’t, then listen up. I’ll tell you why you should do it. And we’ll then look at what might be holding you back.
It’s helpful to look at your personal reasons for not moving your body. Are they excuses? Or are they obstacles?
Learn the difference and I’ll help you find a way to make this happen that isn’t painful.
Do you know how to make a plan, without getting lost in the research?
And what about your thinking? You need to clean up that mind of yours so it doesn’t make moving hard, or something that will never happen for you. In other words, it’s all about your mindset.
And finally, how to prepare for challenges that threaten to throw your new habit off track.
Join me if you don’t think of yourself as a person who moves their body and let’s blast through your excuses. Moving can be life changing, if you bust through your excuses.

How well do you take care of yourself? If you’re like many women, you don’t do any self-care until something comes to a crisis point.
You neglect your body until one day you wake up and don’t know how you got here.
You may neglect your health until some symptom nags at you and won’t go away.
And your emotional health is no different. You need to take care of you. There is no way around it.
Here’s how we’re going to do that. Get my LOVE Menu worksheet right here.
I want to show you how to figure out what you need. And stop resenting that you are in charge of meeting those needs. Then, I’ll help you create a menu of things you can do as needed so you feel good on a pretty regular basis.
Ready? Let’s dive into creating your self-care plan.

I can just hear you now. No. No. I can’t aim for imperfection. I’m different. I’m special. I’m always at the head of the class. I HAVE to do things perfectly.
How much of your life does binge eating consume? If you want your life back, we know exactly what you need to do. And, you can do this. Find out more here.
My dear listener, no, you don’t. Your perfectionism is holding you back from doing great things.
Learning new ways to eat and feel and think all take practice. Just like a baby learning how to walk.
I know you’re special. But you still have to go through the learning curve. And that means doing things imperfectly.
And then practicing and practicing until you do them really, really well.
Let me coach you. Let me show you why you wish for that A+. And what learning really means. And specifically what’s required to learn new ways to eat and think.
And then we can talk about why learning new eating skills MUST be imperfect. And, exactly what steps to take.
And last, I will coach you and show you how to keep moving, and not stop and give up, right through imperfection.
B- anyone? Join me. It will be good.
