I'm Lori Massicot, born November 11, 1967, post-menopause, and after 30 years of drinking, I decided at 45 that alcohol no longer worked in my life. So I went all in on living alcohol-free, and what I found was a full life, a different life, and honestly a better one than I ever expected.

Since 2018, I've worked privately with women as a coach and mentor, helping them go alcohol-free and stay alcohol-free, their way.
