So salt at night might help. Third of all, in order to make it you need copper, vitamin C, and zinc. And then, fourth of all, you need, going past that, I also suggest trying to get deeper sleep. You might want to look at the quality of your sleep. So, I do think generally carbs help people get better sleep, but I do think that a ketogenic diet elevates GABA.
