Over time you can learn additional tools so that eventually you will have them all available to you whenever you need them. These daily reminders include:
Set an intention for the day each morning.
Have a "learning" mindset.
Practice healthy eating and exercise.
Focus on small changes - one step at a time.
Practice deep breathing.
Spend 5 minutes in stillness each day.
Write about shadow issues in your journal.
Take the Galaxy View when things go wrong.
Find your balance again with deep breathing and your hand on your heart.
