On this first episode, I wanted to dive in and talk to you about what it really means to be too busy because what I'm going to teach you in this podcast is how to unbusy your life. Now, most of you probably think that this means that you're over-scheduled, that you have too much to do or just not enough time to do all the things you want. I think we're in a busy-ness epidemic in this country and in our society. It's everywhere around us. We have normalized this idea of busy-ness. It's in the checkout line at the grocery store. It's at work. It's in the Starbucks line. When you're getting your morning cup of coffee, I'm even starting to hear kids say it.
