On this episode I define and explain some very overused and under-explained terms in diet culture. You'll learn what a calorie deficit is, and how to best find yours using some simple math and easy tricks. The key is finding a calorie amount you can comfortably follow, while still seeing progress towards your goals. Weight loss doesn't have to be complicated, and I hope this simple breakdown makes it a lot easier.
