Redwood Empire is an up-and-coming distillery in Northern California, known best for their core line up of Lost Monarch Whiskey, Pipe Dream Bourbon, and Emerald Giant Rye. In this episode, Master Distiller Jeff Duckhorn and Head Distiller Lauren Patz walk us through the creation of the distillery, the ins and outs of their distilling process, and the flavor profiles of their core line up. I don't know if any Irish whiskey has been recommended to me quite as much as this one. Green Spot is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey aged in bourbon and sherry casks.
