I love coming up with analogies. I love hearing them. If you're still a fan of this podcast, you probably are too!
So picture this and let's see if it works for you: We are all in a car driving along to our destination: life. The question is who is driving your car? Now sometimes we allow our survival brain (or the monkey as I often call it) to be driving. Fea, and other emotions (which make up our survival brain) are all very real, and we do need them along in our journey, but they are not necessarily good drivers.
On today's episode I'll help you to identify who's driving, who's your passenger, and what to do if you want to switch who's driving!
