They say that comparison is the thief of joy and I really do agree. I see comparisonitis robbing so many people of joy and the ability to succeed in their business because they’re spending too much time and headspace thinking about what other people are doing. 

As coaches, it’s very easy to look at what other people in the industry are doing and subconsciously start showing up in a similar way. This not only creates a distinct lack of originality and uniqueness, but also hinders your success in a big way. 

In this episode, I talk about why I believe comparisonitis is so ripe in the coaching industry, the mindset behind it and I share some strategies to help move through it. 

Instead of looking at other people and comparing yourself against them, allow them to be the fuel for your inspiration. Remember, if they can do it, you can do it too.
