Your freedom is in the cave you fear to enter.

Fam I am so excited to share this episode with you. I actually made a commitment to myself to not go so herpes heavy on my content this year but what I do share in this episode is the FREEDOM that has come up on the other side for me.

I am so grateful for the ‘Bridge Experience’, the work I LIVE FOR, for allowing me to see that herpes was just the tip of the iceberg in my healing. Once I fucking knocked that off, I was able to be with what was truly underneath: FEAR of rejection, not belonging, not being good enough and most importantly, fear of SPEAKING MY TRUTH.
