Today I have an awesome topic for you. We're talking about cycles in our life that are just never done. The ones that keep going and going and going. I'm going to give you a mindset shift you can use if you're struggling to get things "completely done!" If you started out the year with good intentions, set goals or resolutions, and you've missed a day and felt like quitting on your goals because you didn't do things perfectly, I feel you. We talk about how it's okay to miss a day and how, in fact, your progress is still good progress. We talk about "all or nothing thinking" or "black and white thinking," and we also discuss how this is related to "cycles" in our lives. I share how I've struggled with laundry and how using this mindset shift that I share in this episode helped me actually get my laundry to a manageable place.
