For me, it was when I recorded my first solo podcast in a long time.

I had been procrastinating. I was afraid it wouldn’t be perfect.

我拖了很久，因为我怕不够完美。

But once I hit “record,” I realized — progress is more important than perfection.

️ Example: I’m proud of myself for starting again.
