I always like to have collaborative partners on the show. Especially when they are business AND romantic partners! A Divine Union of sharing love and creating together. My guests this week are quite the creative and inspiring couple, Heather Box and Julian Mocine-McQueen. They came together with a shared vision for encouraging others to own and share their story. Heather and Julian believe that everyone has a story to tell, and that story has the power to influence others—family, friends, a community, or even the whole world. In their book How Your Story Sets You Free they explain why storytelling is the most powerful way there is to inspire others and build lasting connections.
On this guest episode, Heather & Julian share their origin story as well as their tips and tricks to build & share connections and get writing. Whether you are looking to empower yourself, find your voice during a work meeting, or make new friends (at any age) Heather shares how taking the social and making it personal helps human connection. They emphasize that you don’t need a “hero’s story” to share your story with others. Heather’s 2 question prompt will help any individual discover what it is they want to share with the world and explain why it’s important to do so! They also speak to the empowering nature of story telling and how women can embrace their voices and stories and recognize how their stories contribute to a more inclusive historical narrative. Stories are the fabric of society and we need women's stories to be fairly represented!

Did you all welcome the last Full Moon of the year last night? (Sunday, December 15th for those listening at a later date). This Gemini Full moon also coincides with the end of Mercury Retrograde. So while things will begin to settle soon, the dust is still swirling and emotions may be running high. This makes this the perfect time to take a look at what is causing you the greatest distress and may be time to release before 2025.
On this Divine Feminine solo episode, I share my thoughts about this Moon, the opportunity it offers to get a clear look at what you want to focus in on for the next year to come and what you'd like to put behind you. I also pull a tarot and oracle card and highlight the absolute importance of celebrating what has been working for you and acknowledging that you deserve a brilliant future and wishes granted.

Hello Everyone & Happy Friday the 13th! This episode is meant to serve as your friendly reminder to take it easy on yourself and that YOU ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE. This is a powerfully accurate statement for all beings. We are each perfectly exquisite and worthy and wonderful in our own way and fully loved by the Divine. Yet, some people are still going to think you're weird, or an asshole, or annoying... that's just how it is. So what do we do? We embrace our weirdness! And the fact that we're not for everyone and that's OK!
On this Identify & Heal solo episode I share about a recent experience that left me questioning myself and then promptly receiving these beautiful, serendipitous messages. That I'm not for everyone and to embrace EVERY Earth experience, it's what we're here for! I dive further into these concepts and I also offer an update on the show and a new schedule for releasing episodes!

Our unconscious minds are involved in everything we do, say, think, and believe. The problem is… we don’t realize it. Most of us walk around with unmet needs from past traumas, and we unwittingly bring those needs into our relationships and project our unresolved issues onto our partners. My guest this week, Riana Malia, went through this exact same scenario herself in her first marriage and now teaches hot to break the cycle of damaged relationships, stop keeping drama alive, and allow for genuine healing to happen - at a much quicker rate than conventional methods to boot! Riana is no stranger to trauma and growing up in an unstable home. Consistently let down by her father, who was not only mostly absent but also made promises he never kept, Riana had to learn how to fend for herself. As an adult, her first marriage ended in divorce, leaving her feeling worthless, and her father fell through on a business opportunity he had promised her, which made her feel like a failure. Despite these setbacks, Riana was determined to provide a stable life for her own family, and that’s when she discovered the techniques she now teaches today.
On this week's guest episode, Riana shares her personal story of life challenges and let downs that, wouldn't you know, led her to discover a higher level of healing and transmuting emotional pain. which is now her life's work! Riana shares the methods she use to help others take their power back and heal including neurolinguistic programming and quantum time release. She explains what (QTR) technique does is release all of these stored-up emotions and beliefs, giving us a “reset button” to learn how to respond to situations from a new perspective and emotional state. This is what Riana teaches her clients, allowing them to learn new responses to emotional triggers,
Bio:

With over 20 years of coaching experience, Riana has helped hundreds of women find true love, create personal and professional pivots, and overcome obstacles to help them live their best lives. Using her expertise in quantum biology and neuroscience, she helps successful, ambitious women tap into their unconscious minds to uncover and heal the root causes of their psychological and emotional blocks. Through her Quantum Pattern Protocol, Riana offers a balanced and effective path to healing and growth, and she helps women achieve their goals one step at a time. Riana is also the co-founder of the Collective Co. Institute, a transformative platform for learning and healing through spiritual awakenings and holistic experiences.

Embrace the power of the Divine Feminine and unlock greater joy with these heart-opening practices. Start your journey towards a more fulfilling life today. What does it mean to come from love? How does it feel to live life with an open heart? Do we have the ability to control how we respond to situations? These are questions I elaborate on in this solo episode about Divine Feminine practices to begin coming from love in your life.
These Steps include:
1) Pause
2) Observe/Check In With Yourself
3) Move Into Awareness
4) Get Curious
5) Respond With Consideration
In this episode, I break down these steps one by one and encourage developing new habit to allow yourself to keep an open heart and come from love in any situation in order to reap the benefits of feeling greater peace, joy, and freedom in your physical & emotional body.

“I get up. I walk. I fall down. Meanwhile, I keep dancing.”
― Daniel Hillel
When we've decided that we know exactly what we want in life, it can very very frustrating and discouraging when the process of getting it seems to move at a snail's pace. Yet the key thing to remember is that every creation in existence started with a tiny seedling of an idea, they all start that way. If they are nurtured with patience they can grow to be giant, bountiful trees. Yet patience isn't always easy to come by so it is important to have friends to vent to and hype you up to not give up on your dreams.
This Identify & Heal solo episode was inspired by a recent conversation with my dear friend, Mia, owner of the beautiful company, Imagine Elopements (link below). We discussed feeling devastated that our passion projects/dreams weren't taking off or developing at the rate that we wished they would. I share about our chat, my thoughts on sticking with and nurturing the dream inside you that won't go away, as well as some other inspirational passages and quotes regarding dedication, perseverance, and a dogmatic belief that something can and WILL happen.

There is something about dragonflies. Their brilliant translucence, the variety of colors they come in, their auspicious arrival into your space in unexpected moments. In a word, they are magic. Which is why I immediately noticed this week's guest abundance of dragonflies when we jumped on Zoom. From her jewelry to the artwork in her home. They were everywhere! When you check out her website, they cover the pages. Beth Jones is an Empowered Survivor. She is also a HEALing Mentor, Bestselling Author, & Inspirational Speaker. Which is why she values the attributes of resilience, survival, flourishing, happiness, healing, and infinite possibilities which the Dragonfly represents. Beth speaks these words of wisdom; Trauma knows no demographic boundaries. It doesn’t care who you are or where you come from. Neither age, gender, race, religion, or socioeconomic status can protect you from trauma and survivorship. The only way to protect yourself from unhealthy survivorship—and end your suffering—is to heal.
On this guest episode, aside from praising the Dragonfly, Beth and I speak about reframing the hardest parts of healing, including her most soulful and spiritual journey through healing her difficult relationship withher grandfather who was her first abuser and dead by the time she got around to the intense and focused part of the healing journey. Beth also shares the healing truths for survivors of trauma and abuse, including: there are no demographic boundaries to trauma, abuse and unhealthy survivorship; healing is about each of us and only us, no one else; triggers are real; and there are no four, five, eight or ten-steps in a healing process. Beth includes her story of becoming an Empowered Survivor (life-altering event and healing journey; personal transformation; taking off the masks of survivorship and what HEAL means to her (hope, evolve and love in action).
Bio:
Beth's passion for helping other survivors of trauma and abuse to walk their healing pathways led her to write her bestselling book, Becoming an Empowered Survivor: You, Too, Can Heal from Trauma and Abuse. This book, along with the creation of the Empowered Survivors community, has been a beacon of inspiration for many. As a speaker, her message to her audiences follows the title of her book, You, Too, Can HEAL: hope, evolve, and love. Audiences feel the joy she radiates as a testament to the power of healing, and for some, she will spark the beginning of their transformation.
With deep Texan roots, Beth is a citizen of the world, having grown up in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Her thirty-year career in professional services, primarily based in Dallas, Texas, was punctuated by world travels, providing forensic accounting and fact-finding expertise to companies investigating complex fraud and white-collar crime schemes. Through her international experience, she has a global perspective and a deep understanding of human suffering. Currently, she resides in Dallas, Texas.
Beth became a bestselling author by contributing a chapter about her life experience to the collaborative book Step Into Your Brave: Uplifting Stories to Inspire Courage, Strength and Growth.

If you live in the US then the topic of gratitude and thankfulness has been bountiful in the past week. Yet in general, the end of the year and holiday season around the World can be a time for reflection and appreciation. As life slows down a little bit before we start all over again in a New Year, we often share our time with loved ones and have the opportunity to think about what matters most to us & the moments, events, and achievements thaata we feel the most grateful for from the commencing year.
On this episode I take a moment to focus on the experience of gratitude and share how I've found to have more authentic experiences of gratitude by noticing when a particular moment touches my heart & taking a pause to embrace it. I offer some ways to mindfully notice points of gratitude throughout your day, when looking back on your life, & even while connecting with past versions of yourself. I also encourage you to give a big round of applause to yourself & to keep in mind that the greatest amount of gratitude you can possess deserves to be directed right back at you.
