Happy Halloween to all my badass Witches out there! I decided to release an episode on Halloween to speak about some seriously scary topics (anxiety & uncertainty) and share my new and amazing W.I.T.C.H Oracle Deck. And just because it is one of my favorite holidays. I've always loved candy and loved getting into costume. Combine the 2 and you have one fabulous occasion! There also is a lot going on this time of year, when the veil is thin and transformation is lingering in the air.

On this special edition of the Identify & Heal solo episode I recognize the current cultural events of Halloween, Day of the Dead, and Samhain. Acknowledging the various themes at this time and ways to honor them. I then move into some very spooky personal experiences that most of us have; anxiety, uncertainty & fear of the unknown. I share some tips on managing these sensations yet also offer an alternative view that perhaps anxiety is the result  of doing anything worthwhile that involves risk and entails some discomfort of the unknown. Then there is the message of embracing healing chaos. Letting life mix you up a bit & break things loose!

Welcome to Scorpio season, ya'll! This water sign ushers us into the end of October, Halloween, and the darkness of Winter. Scorpio is set aside from the other 2 water signs as its interests lye deep beneath the surface. In the dark depths of the water the Scorpio yearns to discover what is kept in the abyss below, in the places we often fear to look and explore. Yet maybe that's exactly what would benefit us to do in order to gain greater wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of ourselves.

On this Identify & Heal solo episode I discuss the themes of Scorpio season and how to take advantage of this time when the dark and mysterious are calling. When the desire to gain a deeper knowing becomes more intriguing even if it is upsetting. I also weave in related themes from a wonderful book I was gifted (by a dear listener and now friend) called The Vital Spark (link below) Exploring the idea of whether or not what might be considered "Dark Feminine" traits such as  aggression, ruthlessness, and rage are necessarily negative things or perhaps could help transform the World. Aggression is given a negative connotation yet all of nature and even life itself comes from an act of aggression. The definition includes the phrase, “being forceful in getting something done.” And maybe it's time that more Women asked themselves if this is something they might be more open to.

One of the gifts of living the Nomadic life is the surprise friendships I make with wonderful people across the country. One of those serendipitous connections was with the lovely Erin Sikopoulos. I've alway been drawn to the tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Honoring and upholding such qualities and nobility, chivalry, boldness, integrity, & sovereignty. I also have always felt that I lived past lives in the middle ages/Medieval times. Not to mention my very first deck that was gifted to me was an Arthurian Tarot deck.

It can be absolutely excruciating & maddening to be stuck in a mental and emotional loop of going over and over your feelings of anger, frustration, resentment, and contempt towards another person or situation. Yet if it feels so awful, why do we do it? What compels us to put ourselves through such misery and anguish and to what end? No problem has been ever been resolved in a state of anger, accusations, and hatred towards another. Yet it remains a common state of human beings. Are we meant to have these feelings? Or is it time to transcend them?

On this Divine Feminine solo episode I share about a recent experience of waking up in the middle of the night in what I can only describe as a higher state, feeling as though I was out of my emotional body, and in a state of grace. I felt no connection with the stress, anger, & frustration I had felt for days prior regarding a specific situation. I realized I could be the presence of an archangel or just a brief respite from the dense energies of the human experience. Either way, it was lovely! It's easy to look around the World and feel overwhelmed and discourage by the state of disarray, conflict, violence, struggle, suffering, loss, & despair. It's common to feel guilty and helpless like we should be doing something yet not sure what we can even do to make a difference. Well today I'm here to remind you that just by being you and moving onto your Spiritual & healing path, you are doing the most significant thing you could ever do to be apart of transforming our World.

On today's Identify and Heal episode I'm encouraging each of you to take a moment to take inventory of all the ways you've made an effort to do your inner work and shift the energies on the planet. From the first moment you paused to realize...something doesn't feel right with how my life is and the way I feel inside; you begin to turn inwards and change your inner World.
