Welcome to episode number 24, everyone!
Now, this episode that we're going to do today is really inspired by a Facebook post from a training that I did recently for a mastermind group.
This post is from one of the participants of that one-hour training that I did for them. I want to point out some really important things that she says in this post, I think it will help you shift your perspective if you are feeling like you're depleted or you're burnt out, or you're dreading your work or your life right now.
There is a way to work so that you're excited and energized and motivated. And what I'm hoping is that this episode is going to give you a new perspective on that, and help you shift your thinking about work a little bit so that you get to enjoy it, where it's actually adding to your life. Instead of what you might be feeling right now, which is that it's detracting from your life.
So if you're struggling with working in a really energizing way and you feel completely depleted or just tired, or exhausted from all of it, this is the episode for you.
Today we're going to talk about:
+ Work so that you're excited and energized and motivated.
+ Estimating the time to budget for all of the tasks.
+ How to control your brain “should’s" and feel less guilt.
+ Personal integrity within your schedule.
