11. 虽然(suīrán): though, although
12. 毕竟 (bìjìng) :  after all
13. 洗车(xǐchē): wash car
14. 不管...还是... (bùguǎn... Háishì...):  whether ... or ... (or can sometimes be repeated)
15. 刚才(Gāngcái): just now
