There has been a major shift in content marketing, and nobody's talking about it the way I am. So I'm breaking it down for you today, plus giving you a sneak peek at what I'm teaching in my upcoming workshop (coming February!) all about creating what I call "forever content."
Forever content is the opposite of what most business owners are stuck doing: constantly creating short-lived, disposable content on platforms that don't convert. In 2026, this hustle is not just exhausting—it's ineffective. We need a new game plan, and in this episode I'm walking you through it.
The shift is real. It's urgent. And if you're a service provider or online expert who wants to attract dream clients without living on Instagram, you need to hear this.
In this episode, I break down:This is the beginning of a whole series on forever content. I’ll be teaching the full system inside my February workshop, so stay tuned for details!

This is the third episode in my Time Puzzle series—and this time, we’re going deeper. We’re not just talking about how to build a schedule that works. We’re unpacking the psychology of why pre-allocating your time creates more clarity, calm, and momentum (even if you don’t follow the plan perfectly).
If you’ve been using (or trying to use) the Time Puzzle method, but still find yourself spiraling into shame, procrastination, or executive function overload... this episode is for you.
I’m sharing:
This episode is all about defaults vs. decisions, and why understanding that difference might be the key to getting more done with less drama.
You’ll also hear a very honest behind-the-scenes peek at how I had to reschedule this exact recording—and how the Time Puzzle helped me do it without the shame spiral.

How to structure your calendar like a six figure service provider.
Ever feel like no matter how much time you technically have to work… you’re still always behind?
Yeah, I’ve been there too. And spoiler: the problem isn’t your time management—it’s your calendar strategy.
In this episode, I’m breaking down my entire “Time Puzzle” philosophy (yes, the same one behind my brand new workshop!) and why the way most of us structure our weeks as service providers is totally broken.
We’re ditching corporate productivity BS and fantasy color-coded schedules that crumble within 3 days. Instead, I’m walking you through the 4 types of work every service provider needs to make time for—and how to finally build a calendar that works for you (not against you).

I don't know about you, but my adhd brain struggles a metric f*ck ton with transitions.
I spent the last 2+ weeks in "Holiday Mode".
"Holiday Mode Courtney" is playing video games with her brothers, having dance parties in the garage, doing art projects, and going to the Children's museum.
The thing is...
Holiday Courtney doesn't know that Work Courtney even exists!
For all Holiday Courtney knows, she is a lady of leisure and money falls from the sky (or Christmas presents?)
In order for me to go from "Holiday Courtney" into "Work Courtney" I need time to transition.
And that transition time?
It looks a lot like dicking around on my computer.
Time to click around on various apps and websites to start to remember who I am, what I do, and where I left off.
Time to brain dump on 750words.com.
Time to make lists and write down ideas.
However...the only way that you can feel good easing slowly into 2026 is if you can trust your plans.
Me?
I've baked "easing in" time to the first 2 weeks of the year using my Time Puzzle philosophy and my 10 Calendar Commandments.
📆 On January 15 I'm hosting a workshop teaching my Time Puzzle philosophy. Details on how to get a free ticket here!
🎧 I also just released a podcast episode going over my 10 Calendar Commandments. You can listen to it here!
I guess the point of this email is to let you off the hook this week.
You don't need to hit the ground running, or even walking for that matter.
You can take tomorrow to simply remember where the ground even is.
Maybe sit on it for a bit.
Do some gentle stretches.
This idea that we need to GO HARD right away comes, I think, from fear.
The fear comes from the pain of never reaching your goals and the determination to make this year different.
But I can tell you from experience that this is not a sustainable way to work.
You're off the hook...ok?
This calendar system changed my life. (I know how hyperbolic that sounds!)
In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on Your Time Puzzle—the calendar system I created that has literally changed the way I run my business (and my life). I know that sounds dramatic, but I swear: this is the system that helped me have the most productive year of my entire life while raising two tiny humans and still having time to breathe.
If your relationship with your calendar feels like chaos, if you’re constantly playing catch-up, or if you spiral every time your plans get thrown off course (hi, me too 🙋🏻♀️), then buckle up—this one’s gonna hit.
I’ll walk you through:
The exact system I use to plan my time (even when life throws curveballs)
My 10 Calendar Commandments that have gone viral (for a reason)
The real reason most entrepreneurs are struggling with time (hint: it’s not what you think)
I’m also sharing all the details about this month’s workshop where we’ll go deep into this process: the Six-Figure Time Puzzle.
🧠 This isn’t your average productivity chat. It’s a full-on mindset + math reframe that will change how you think about time forever.
What you’ll learn in this episode:Why traditional productivity hacks don’t work for service providers
The 3 calendar mistakes you’re probably making right now (and how to fix them)
How I use my calendar as a partner—not a prison
What to do when things don’t go to plan (because they won’t)
Why mastering your time starts with mastering your math
The mindset shift that helped me stop catastrophizing and start taking aligned action

Do you really need a fancy all-in-one CRM to run your business like a pro? Plot twist: NOPE. In this episode, I’m breaking down how I’ve successfully onboarded hundreds of clients over the years—without ever stepping foot inside Dubsado, Honeybook, or any of those popular client management tools.
This episode was inspired by a question from my Six-Figure Sprint client, Alyssa, who asked what CRM everyone uses. Spoiler: I don’t use one. And the real kicker? I don’t think you need to either (unless you want to!).
Instead, I’m sharing my super streamlined, rinse-and-repeat onboarding process that doesn’t require any complicated software. It's simple, boring, profitable—and ADHD-friendly. If your current system is clunky, chaotic, or (let's be honest) non-existent, this one’s for you.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
Why I’ve never used a CRM (and still built a multiple six-figure business)
What you actually need to onboard clients seamlessly (hint: it's not 12 tools)
A step-by-step walkthrough of my onboarding workflow
The 3 essential tools I use (and how to set them up in less than an hour)
Why the welcome email is the most important part of your client experience
How to use Asana or Airtable to manage clients without the overwhelm
The psychology behind clear client communication—and how it prevents burnout

Are you addicted to complexity in your business… but calling it “freedom” and “creativity”?
Yeah. Been there. Built a 17-tab Airtable base there.
This week on the podcast, I’m getting REAL about what’s holding so many service providers back from making consistent, six-figure income—and surprise! It’s not your marketing, or your audience size, or the fact that you haven’t posted on Instagram in a week. It’s the way you’re clinging to chaos in the name of passion and possibility.
This episode is your wake-up call.
We’re talking about the personal and strategic shift I’m making for 2026: boring and profitable.
This is not about making your business soulless. It’s about getting laser-focused, creating repeatable systems, and constraining your energy so that your business runs smoother, pays you more, and takes less of your life force to operate.
I’ll walk you through what’s changing in my business, the symptoms of over-complexity you might not realize you’re dealing with, and how to adopt the “boring and profitable” mantra to simplify and scale.
And hey, if you're multi-passionate, high on ideas, or allergic to planning... you're gonna feel very seen.
In this episode, we’ll cover:Take action now!
Ever feel like your business should be working—but clients just aren’t flowing in like they’re supposed to?
In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of the 100K Roadmap Calls I’ve been doing lately and walking you through the most common problems I see with service providers’ Client Booking Machines.
Here’s the truth: Most of y’all already have a bunch of stuff set up—but if it’s built out of order or the pieces aren’t connected properly, it’s leaking clients, momentum, and money.
Whether you’ve been in business for years or you’re just starting to sell your services, I’ll help you diagnose exactly what’s missing, what’s broken, and how to plug those gaps so you can finally create consistent cash flow.

Resources mentioned:
If you’ve ever felt like your services are too custom to be simplified, you need to meet Miranda Braithwaite from Moonstone Creative—a brand and web designer who creates astrology-infused brands based on your birth chart.
In this episode, we talk about how Miranda went from overdelivering and undercharging to building a three-tier product suite that attracts dream clients, books up her calendar, and sets her apart as a market of one.
Together we go deep on:
This is one of those juicy behind-the-scenes convos that shows you what it really looks like to evolve your business, own your magic, and design offers that sell themselves.
Whether you’re a designer, coach, or service provider who wants to do things differently (and more joyfully), this episode is going to give you permission and a game plan.

This is your 100K wake-up call AKA why six figures needs to be the floor (not the dream)
Are you building your business like a real business… or are you secretly gambling your time, energy, and money away on what-ifs and maybes?
In this foundational episode, I’m breaking down exactly why $100K is the floor of what your business should be aiming for next year. Not the ceiling. Not some wild, distant dream. The goddamn baseline.
This is the wake-up call that I want everyone in my audience to hear — especially if you’ve been treating $5K months like a goal instead of a stepping stone.
I’ll also share the big change I’m making in 2026 (starting with a free live workshop on December 3rd), what I mean by being "profitable and boring," and why your business isn’t a hobby, a hope, or a gamble.
