This week we look back at 2024 with Travis Owles. Travis is an accomplished HYROX racer but he is also known for taking on various challenges such as a 24 hour HYROX and a mile of burpee broad jumps.

We consider these challenges and perhaps more importantly consider what he has learned along the way which may help HYROX athletes of all abilities.
