I have been traveling a lot in the past couple weeks and in particular just came back from a Disney trip. Lots of tempting foods…and lots of my FAVORITE FOODS!
10 years ago a Disney trip would have had me feeling deprived and then saying “screw it! I don’t care! I am going to eat all THE foods!!” But I have mastered my cravings and if you want to feel calm and in control around your favorite foods…AND that does not mean NEVER eating it…I know I thoroughly enjoyed my big donut that I love inside of Epcot.
