Today's episode topic is something I wish someone had sent to me 18 months ago, before my life changed this completely. 

I have been humbled and surprised by some of the changes that have happened in my life the past 11 weeks... and though the transformation itself was one I dreamed of for a decade (falling in love and moving in with the the partner of my dreams from day one), it has come with a lot of nervous system disregulation, identity crisises, and energetic wobbles I never would have expected. 

I'm sharing the phases of this huge life transformation at a meta level along with personal stories, so that you can benefit and apply this to your own life shift personally.
