Hey athletes! This week we start off by talking about working out and doing MURPH at elevation. Then for this weeks study we are talking about how necessary supplements are (or rather arent) and the placebo effect around supplements.
For our topic we wanted to dive into knowing the why behind what your doing for your workout. Usually when we talk about the 'why' its on the goal side but for this we are talking about stimulus and whether you are executing each movement to its desired intent or scaling appropriately to get the effect of the workout you are supposed to verses just doing something to do something.
Lastly, our workout this week is a tough one on many levels. One of our athletes, Anne DiCarlo, passed away from leukemia so this workout has been created and dedicated to her.
