This week we are doing things a little differently. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are putting off dropping our 100th episode and instead of dropping an Ex-Philes oldie but goodie! We know how challenging the matter of closure can be after a breakup and we hope you will enjoy this episode again or for the first time!

The need for “closure” is something that a lot of people struggle with during and after a breakup. From not understanding why a relationship has ended to not feeling that you have all of the answers to things left unsaid, the urge to sort things with your ex can be strong. But it is also an opportunity to learn how to provide for yourself emotionally, own that the breakup has taken place, and take ownership over your life. You can give yourself closure, and we have a lot of tips and tricks for empowering ways that you can do it.
