Legally Follow Through without Emotional Engagement: Handle legal matters like child support reporting without emotional involvement.
Minimize Emotional Interactions: Keep necessary communications with your ex strictly business-like to prevent emotional manipulation.
Adjust Internal Dialogue: Focus on your healing rather than your ex’s unwillingness to acknowledge their faults.
Recognize Root Issues: Understand that your ex’s failure to accept responsibility reflects their limitations, not your value.
Stay Present and Accept Reality: Live in the present and accept things as they are, reducing the influence of external factors.
Focus Inward for Growth: Turn inward for self-reflection and growth instead of seeking closure from your ex.
