It’s time to go all-in on you! We can all be slow to embrace ourselves, what we want out of life, and how to go about getting it. Finding that all-important first step can sometimes feel impossible, but trust me. It’s worth it to go all-in on yourself; you’ll feel benefits in all aspects of your life.
Key Takeaways
Think about what’s important to you right now
Think about what’s important over the next month
What do you want? What do you need?
Going all-in will get you there.
Where will you start? The issue isn’t going all-in on you, it’s where do you start?
Going All-In on You
Going all-in looks like making positive changes in all aspects of your life. It looks like putting yourself first. And It looks like the different areas of your life coming together because you’re actually taking the time to do the things that you want to do for yourself.
Going all-in on you is such a positive thing. I really encourage you to do it!
When we talk about going all-in on you, it also includes going all-in on the different areas of your life that really matter. Your health and fitness, your family, your parenting, your emotions, and your thoughts. What else matters to you? Think about how going all-in on yourself can improve those areas, too.
Going All-In on Your Thoughts and Emotions
I talk a lot about the importance of going all-in on feeling your emotions and understanding where your thoughts come from. When we allow ourselves to feel our feelings and start to learn what they feel like in our bodies, we process them better. We are allowing ourselves to feel authentic in ourselves.
When you learn to navigate your thoughts and understand what their origin is, you’re one step closer to going all-in on yourself. This process of self-discovery will absolutely change the way you understand yourself - and when you understand your thought process, you can even more easily go all-in on yourself.
What do you want right now? What do you need? And what is the first step you need to take to get there? Let me know in the comments on the episode page how you’re going all-in on yourself.

Quotes
“I went all-in on me with no excuses. Obstacles are simply excuses we tell ourselves that we can’t surpass. I refused.” [6:10]
“When we have a feeling that doesn’t go away, typically we’re resisting it. When we resist an emotion, it comes back stronger. When we allow emotions, we get to decide what they feel like in our body and we get to be okay with them, knowing that they might not feel great, but the more we allow them, the more familiar they will become, the more aware we become, the better we are to go all-in on ourselves.” [8:20]
“When we really start to break down and process the emotion, we are going all-in on us. We are learning the authentic reason for why we feel a certain way. We’re learning what thoughts link up with that feeling.” [15:07]
