Bad breakup? This is something that many people have struggled with and a position that anyone has the possibility of finding themselves in. Whether your relationship was abusive or it was the kind of breakup that brought out of the worst in your ex, it can be really hard to cope with the bad memories and move on after being mistreated. It may be difficult, but you can overcome this.

Today we share our own stories about being treated unfairly in our relationships and how it impacted us long and short term. We then give tips for healing that you can start to use today to continue to move on and put the icky past behind you.
