Welcome back to another episode of Foot Traffic! This episode is all about saving you more time and making you more money. I've realized I haven't shared productivity hacks with you lately and I know so many of us are asking ourselves how can I be more efficient. These are the 12 rules that I have set for myself that I want to share with you and hopefully you can apply one or all 12 to your daily routine!

"The biggest thing we can do for ourselves is really, truly take a break..." At minute 0:40, hear the three ways that I've been implementing to help myself take a break and leave the computer at home. This includes a few tips to getting away even if it's just for a day and how adding a few workouts a week can be one of the best things you can do for yourself and your business. Plus, hear why I take a daily walk.

"I never hit the snooze button on an alarm clock..." At 6:02, I'm talking about my new wake up light (yes, this gadget is a game changer!). I'm also talking about balancing family and how I make sure I'm being present during that time.

"That is the worst idea you could ever do..." At minute 10:47, hear my daily habits that have been working really well including how I handle emails, social media, computer time, and why I block certain times on my calendar every week.

"Where do I fall with these people?..." At 19:00, we're talking all about up-leveling and how I connect with my peers. Hear my rule about never settling and I'm being SUPER honest about showing up and looking professional.
